FAQs

Answers to some of the frequently asked questions we get from parents.

How do the online grinds work?
Show FAQ item

All our grinds are delivered live via Zoom. When parents purchase a 1-to-1 lesson or sign up for group weeks, they receive an booking confirmation email which includes a Zoom link for their lesson. 24 hours before their lesson is due to start, they will receive a reminder email which will include the Zoom link. Pupils can connect to their Zoom lesson via laptop, tablet and mobile.

During our online lessons, our teachers will use a variety of online tools such as virtual whiteboards, online schoolbooks and much more. It is advisable for pupils to have a copybook and pencil with them as their tutor may instruct them to note down particular learning points.
